The Process:
You are required to pay a deposit of $25 for your Facebook cover. If you are wanting a video Facebook page. It will be additional $25 once we are finished.
-While placing the order, please fill out the Each section with the following information:
•Business Name
•Business Type/Purpose
•Color Palettes or colors you want to use
•Any inspiration pictures you have or anything you want included in your branding
•Timeline if you are on one
-I will then draw up with a few different concepts and send them to you within 5-7 regular business days.
-Tell me what you like and don’t like then I can make revisions and get them to you. You can make as many changes as you want until we get it 100% perfect!
-Once you LOVE your logo, I will send over your a final draft and your final remaining balance due for the logo. Once Paid you will get all files EMAILED to you.

I do not accept refunds due to the fact that any work I do is completely custom. If you decide halfway through that you would no longer like to work with me, the $15 will be added to your account as credit towards a future purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
I take pride in my customer service and will work to resolve any issues we may have.
Finally, we get over 20-30 custom orders a week. Once paid we will put you down on the calendar. I am the only that designs so sometimes you will get your designs at night as its normally the time I do most computer work.
